"Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. "12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. "We had a very warm welcome and the Appartement was in good condition. Parking was in a garage and big enough for our Van. We spent three great days there. Also the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Thanks to the Solmares team"
