"The room was super cute, comfy and cozy. Staff were also so kind and friendly. We were able to check-in early, store our luggage after check out, and when it was taking forever to get an Uber, one of the staff even offered to take us to our next destination! We were able to book an Uber shortly after that but thought that was so kind and thoughtful :)"

"Everything was wonderful during our stay. We were able to take our two dogs with us. Our room was on the second level and it had its own outdoor space. There was a third level we up to view the scenery around the hotel. We went swimming in the pool and sat in the sun in the loungers. The staff was very accommodating and invited us to a Christmas brunch along with the other guests. We will definitely be returning soon."

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
