The staff was great especially Joel aka “Tutti Frutti”, he made our experience that much better :) they have their entertainment team always working on something and every day we were there for the whole week there was an event or showing going on that kept things interesting. All the wait staff was very nice, the room was very nice and the hotel was pretty clean. Right on the beach with a snack bar overlooking the beach. 10/10 stay!

Staying in this resort was the best part of our vacation!! Highly recommend! So many dining choices. Beach front property. The spa experience was great. Housecleaning staff clean your room almost 2-3x a day or whenever you need it. They also have swim up bars with multiple pools to choose from. Very nice landscaping. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The property is large, which helps spread guests out and keeps it from feeling overcrowded. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, although the quality was average. I highly recommend making reservations at the specialty restaurants, as they provided a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room (2030) was in a perfect location—close enough to the beach and pool for convenience, but far enough away to avoid the noise and activity from those areas.

The stay was amazing!!! The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great!! A lot of different options to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say was all the seaweed on the shore of the beach. It was so much even at the beginning of the water when you first go in, I tried to get past it but I couldn’t. I stayed in the water for 3 minutes before I had my boyfriend carry me out all the way to and from the beach chairs. Other than that I really enjoyed myself.

The check-in to guest services transition could have been better organized. The jacuzzi in my room didn't work properly. It was serviced, but still didn't work properly. Very nice room otherwise. I don't drink alcohol. There were several occasions where I was given Pina coladas with alcohol even though I voiced loud and clear that I don't want alcohol in my drinks. You could hear festivities in the hallways when you were sleeping. Best restaurants were Los Torres and the Japanese restaurant. Very little English is spoken and understood, which leads to misunderstanding. I enjoyed the trip overall.

Property was located with nice surrounding and was pleasure to walk around. Beach were not usable due to lots seaweed. Room was ok as they did not deep clean it. Jacuzzi was broken, tv and remote were not working in room 2014. It was hard to explain any staff due to language barrier. Very hard to get pure vegetarian or jain food in dining area. If you are vegetarian then do not have much choice, so try some other resort instead of this one. Thanks for providing this opportunity.

Overall A++ service. We did a good thing by booking cab service via Expedia along with all inclusive package. Driver picked us up from Airport and dropped us off at Lobby where an Expedia customer Check-In counter welcomed us exclusively. Luis was our associate who took care of us and amazed us by handing over an envelope with every day night dinner booking at exclusive fancy restaurants available in the resort from day 1 to Day 6. That saved us hours of research and effort in booking those great restaurants. I highly recommend to book your all inclusive via Expedia, just because they are putting lot of effort in giving pleasant experience by taking care of routine things which we might not know until that moment but Expedia know it end to end. Also, noticed that Expedia customers have the best rooms reserved near to beach, pool and buffet places. Overall very happy with this trip.

I had a great experience staying here. The decor was beautiful and gave the hotel a really welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food options were very good, with plenty of variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable, and exactly what you want when visiting such a beautiful destination. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again. I loved this place and would happily recommend it to others.
