Food and drinks were good. However, persons of color were treated differently than light skinned guests at the hotel especially in the dining area and as it relates to being shuttled and the other basic amenities offered. The resort was beautiful, food options were wide, pool food options were limited, only 1 pool had the option to get drinks. Room was ok but some maintenance is needed in those areas are needed. More electricity points are needed in the room and in common areas for basic charging. Reception staff is informative and pleasant and there are multiple activities on the resort .

We had an amazing 8-night stay and truly enjoyed every moment! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged with fun games at the pool every day, and every evening there was live music or a great show to enjoy. There was always something to do and plenty to explore around the beautiful resort complex. Housekeeping was outstanding—they kept our room spotless every day and paid attention to every detail. The buffet staff also deserves special recognition for being so warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only thing I would change were the bed,I wish they were more comfortable! Thank you to everyone for making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway!

We booked 4 night at Bahia resort specifically Turquesa. We wished we booked a longer stay.It was amazing, amazing..There was not a dull moment during our stay..Huge pool with a bar pool..water park for toddlers..Jacuzzi in the middle of the residence…Rooms are well equipped and clean..stuff are very helpful even though few of them speak little english..The buffet was very nice and lot off staff to help …the only thing they could do better is the little fridge in the room..it s oudated and take ling time to cool things inside..Other than that it was perfect…As I said at the begining , we wished we booked mire days…

Sent my sister and brother in law on vacation as an anniversary gift and they could not stop raving about it. They said the staff was the highlight of the trip, their customer service was excellent. Place is under new management and will have many renovations to come but it was still pretty great.

Maybe I am being too critical because I have stayed in Bahia Principe Leyenda/Fantasia and I loved it, so this experience was disappointing to me. But the buffet variety wss extremely limited, the AC went out for almost a full night during our stay, my wristband key only worked 3 times in 11 days, they resetted it like 6 times and nothing, so I just stop going to the front desk. The welcoming was underwhelming to say the lesst , not even a drink or a cold towel, no room service that was disappointing, waiting for the cars can be frustrating at times to move around the punately but I won't hold the hotel accountable for it that's just nsture, property, beach was a big mess although that is not the hotel's fault, just nature. The last dissappointing thing about this is, too many rules of not being able to use other hotel ammenities, but if you stay in another you can do it, etc. The staff was super nice and hlepful as much as they could, entertainment team was great.

There are five hotels on the resort. The Turquesa was the furthest away from the beach and did not have room service so we upgraded to the Esmeralda. The property was really nice and well-maintained. However, it could use some upgrades, particularly in the bathrooms. The room itself was really nice, though. Although we were right on the beach, we did not use it much because there was so much seaweed ashore. The pools were really nice so we spent a lot of time swimming. The pools are also a decent size so they didn’t feel crowded. While most of the staff was really helpful, there were a few members who seemed to be bothered when we asked questions. The food selection was good at the buffet. One of the other hotels is called The Legend and seemed to be more kid friendly so keep that in mind if traveling with kids. There’s this area called The Village on the resort that has a lot of shops. It was nice and actually a little cheaper than stores off the resort.

Great property. Food and drinks were also good. Not enough food choices as when compared to other all inclusive resorts. Entertainment was also lacking. Serving staff was very helpful. Front desk was a mess. Staff there had little idea what they were doing. Manager took forever to come and was very condescending when told about issue. Needs more training. Also had an issue with room door. It took 3 trips and 45 minutes to get that resolved. Most of the staff also expected us to speak spanish. Very strange for a resort that caters to customers from around thebwotld. Not going here again
