"The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. We definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puno. Thank you to All the incredible staff!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange for laundry and airport transportation. The hot water is great, but not always available (depends on usage). The rooms were very clean as well. "

"No internet in spite of advertisement stayed on floor 9 internet only upgraded up to floor 5 …staff knew this but omitted to advise when checking in. No reception, manager not available …leaving staff that don’t speak any English to deal with problems. Had I known about tgeur internet issues …I would never have chosen this hotel . For me it was a big ISSUE. For 3 days."
