Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Pune
8/10 Good
"The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel."
"I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Helpful concierge and front of house staff if you need assistance with Uber etc. Lobby area is just gorgeous to sit in and the pool terrace perfect to escape the heat. Well equipped gym and recreation centre which the kids loved (includes air hockey, table tennis etc). "
"Hotel was crowded due to conference, elevators were slow & lobby was chaotic , we paid for Mountain View room but was not allocated one, it was late for me to go back to staff & ask for changing it, during check-out I highlighted the same & then someone from customer experience service team came to apologise & suggested to reach out to her for next stay."
"Had a good experience at the hotel with the personalised food and general cleanliness. Housekeeping staff, Pratik Awadan had done a marvelous job of jeeping the bathroom and all it’s fixtures sparkling. However, the management should take a call on the mesh curtains to be changed. They are soiled and withering."
"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done.
Overall a great experience but this could be improved.
Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000.
Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
