I have been on a 1 week trip around Chennai, Pune, Nashik. But this was the worst one. Starting with the day we arrived. We called them 1 day ahead and requested for early check-in & the front desk said we could check-in at 6AM by paying half price of the booking amount. We reached the next day at 5AM and thought we could wait an hour in lobby and then check-in. But they made us wait 3 hours until 8AM. And we had a kid with us. The next thing is price. My booking amount was $40, which is roughly Rs.2400. but they charged me Rs.1700 for the half day early check-in which is far more than the 50% of booking amount. I was too impatient to argue with the kid kept waiting. Their policy book is their god, rather than customer satisfaction. Next, the rooms, pathetic. I wonder how this hotel was given a 3 star rating, it's like a regular guest house with basic amenities. Bathrooms too congested and dusty. Your knees would touch the door while sitting in toilet. The other issue was they couldn't see the payment done by me on Orbitz. So for figuring that out they took another 15-20 minutes. We realized making a big mistake by paying more for this room just because it was closer to our destination. There were other 3 or 4 stars in same price range a bit further.

Expensive for the amenities being provided

The hotel is OK especially in view of the price. I feel the room charges are least 1K higher than deserving however the breakfast was better especially after my experience with the room and hotel. I stayed for one night so did not have much of interaction however they were to the point and good.

There are much better choices available in Pune for similar prices. This is not run by a chain - which reflects in everything that they do. I dont have any complaints but there are vast areas of improvements in every aspect of the hotel.

Mijn ervaring met dit hotel is uiterst positief. Vragen worden snel en correct behandeld. Had wel wat last van water wat later bleek (lekkende) condens te zijn van de AC. Werd snel en accuraat opgelost. Een goed hotel op een redelijk rustige locatie in een hectische stad.
