Pune hotel rooms a the Club Mahindra

"Overall an okay place , clean, very close the station and central location But staff is inattentive , the service sucks and at best its a 3 star budget premium OYO type service Breakfast is sub par, do not get it there Not even as good as a decent 3 star Housekeeping had to be called multiple times "

"I’ve been all around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff is excellent and the standards at the hotel are off the charts!"

The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative"

"Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine."
