"I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. From the moment I arrived, Lena and Marc were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to helped with landmarks and where else to be.

"Das zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Leider ist es in einem Haus ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gelegen, so dass man einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen muss.
Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein.
Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch.
