"No hot water showers in the hotel. They tell you this at the same moment they describe their no cancellation / refund policy. You either pay for the hotel without hot water or surrender your pre-paid amount of money."

"It’s very quiet being in a heart of the city. So peaceful after travelling all over the country, it’s just nice to come back to a very relaxed and calm atmosphere."

"We traveled all the way from Florida USA, our first room didn’t have any electricity, staff was very kind to move us to another room, but it smelt like an ashtray, I was told they were going to spray the whole, so I said okay, but upon waking up the next day I was bitten by bed bugs( it was disgusting) my back was all red from bed bugs bite. So the supervisor moved us to an executive room with no extra charge, and this room had a jacuzzi and all but it has mildew all around the tub, just couldn’t wait for my 6 days stay there. The owner of this hotel needs to a lot of renovating to their properties. The staff though were amazingly incredible to us. They all deserved a raised."
