"My stay at Le Vasa exceeded my expectations. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and my room was situated right on the South Pacific. My room was clean and we'll appointed and the restaurant, Cocolinas, was also by the water and served superb cuisine and very reasonably priced. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of every employee I had contact with. They all went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. There are too many people to cite individually but the manager and Estera were especially helpful and caring. The only downside to Le Vasa was having to leave after my week's stay. I sincerely hope to return when I am able."

"Served the purpose of my one night stay. The room was clean.and the bed comfortable. Very basic but convenient to airport and 24 hour shuttle service."

"Large areas of the resort are run down and abandoned. The are holes in the deck around the pool. Wifi is only available at reception and is intermittent at best. For the price you will get better amenities staying in a Beach Fale instead. That said, the staff did everything they could to help us have an enjoyable stay - but there's not much they can do when the place hasnt been maintained in more than a decade"

"Savaii Lagoon is a truly tropical island resort, it is picture perfect in an incredible setting. I travelled from Australia with my three tall teenage children, and the villa was ideal for us with two single beds and a queen. The space was generous, with air-con and a large ceiling fan so we all slept very comfortably. The staff, beach, and views were outstanding. The restaurant is set beautifully over the water and the food was absolutely excellent. Lots of fun activities on offer to keep the kids happy. It’s worth saying that visitors should accept that this is Samoa and while everything is clean and comfortable, it may not reflect the highest quaility build standards of other countries. You come here for the natural beauty, culture and the people! I highly recommend Savaii Lagoon Resort for a beautiful island holiday :)"

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Put on a cultural show and invited us to a traditional Samoan cook up (Umu). The beach is pristine with fantastic snorkeling right out the front. Location is semi isolated but we found ourselves not wanting to leave the property anyway. Clam sanctuary is close by which is a must do. Beautiful spot! We’ll be back."

"Amazing spot. Big property with 3 beach’s to choose from. Rooms and amenities are great. Hotel staff were excellent, service with a smile. Some long waits for food at restaurant but island time isn’t a bad thing! Close to the airport but a bit far from Apia and other attractions in Upolu so bring cash for taxis. Best spot to book in Samoa!"

"Titi was so friendly and welcoming. She made us the best food we ate in Samoa. Yes the accomodation and facilities were basic but hearing the waves lapping just a few meters from where we slept paradise. Beautiful area to swim and even had turtles pop up to say hi. Would go back for sure it really is paradise"
