"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"Convenient location walkable to historical sites and shopping malls. The hotel is in need if a major refurbishment. The facilities wasn't great, the sauna and steam room was out of order. The pool was full of kids splashing around which was very noisy and crowded. Breakfast area was very busy had lots of choices if they refill the items also the quality isn't great. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for convenience and comfort this hotel suits the needs."
