"An excellent hotel. The staffs were nice and would asked for your preference of your breakfast. The views for the floor was nice and walkable to the main area at Cusco. "

"Amaru Colonial was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of Cusco from the patio. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and is a short walk to the city center. Breakfast each day was healthy and tasty. The staff went above and beyond with transporting and storing our luggage for a few days while we went to Machu Picchu at their sister hotel which we stayed at when we returned to Cusco. "

"We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque. "

"We found the Cavana hotel to be very nice. The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. We had 2 double beds, very comfortable room, decent space, clean bathroom, good water pressure, etc. The hotel was easily walkable to the San Blas area (10 min) for dinner and the historic district for the day (20+ min). The room was a little cool, but they provided a space heater which made things comfortable. "

"Very clean and well maintained property within walking distance of the town square. We were able to easily walk to Saqsaywaman and many other nearby attractions. We booked the Salkantay trek, and the meeting point was conveniently just around the corner. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, they even prepared a breakfast to take with us on the day of our trek. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Delicious breakfast, very nice staff and always helpful and open for questions, in proximity to little but very delicious restaurants, laundry option available, electrical radiator option for nights when it gets cold, not too touristic in this area but in walking distance to the main plaza, very good price-benefit ratio
Sometimes a bit loud when people walk over the stairs when leaving to early tours "

"Amazing stay! Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was exactly, if not better, than advertised. You can see into the mountains from a king bed through 2 huge windows. The staff is so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a wide spread of food and was delicious and there was free coco tea all day to help with the altitude. 10/10 recommended for Cusco"

"Staff was amazing, clean and well appointed room in a prime location. A 40 min walk from Temple of the Moon, 30 mins to Sacsayhuaman, just generally a prime location to everything - including the San Blas area which is the nicest and quietest area."
"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
"Quiet neighborhood far away enough from bustling Plaza de armas but close enough to walk. Important to note that it is perched atop a hill so we did uber a few times on nights we were extra tired"

"The staff was amazing! Concierge service was great, constantly asking if there was anything we needed! Had our lunch ready at 3am for a day of tours! "
