"Wow this hotel has great customer service from the moment you step in with entertainment, courtesy water & ice cream. Unexpected entertainment throughout the stay in the common areas. Till the moment you leave, they were still offering courtesy water. It was quite the treat to stay here. Loved it! "

"Beautiful hotel, with great views.
The staff are very welcoming.
Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds.
120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay!
Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the
amount of wasps around the food, inside and out.
Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property.
Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.
