"When I first arrived on property I noticed how clean the lobby was and even commented on how good it smelt. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms have A view But the interesting part is To enjoy the view You have to open the blinds That look outside across the walkway leading in front of all the rooms. So anyone walking by can look directly in at you or you have to keep your blinds shut and have zero view. Your door to the room is accessed from the outside so for some people that might be a safety concern. The parking lot is quite big with room in the front and back of the building which I enjoyed since the room is located in the back. There was about a 4-in crack in the bathtub that had a huge glob of silicone across which made me a little nervous if it was to leak or flood to any rooms below. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable with a lot of pillows. Located within a short driving distance of quite a few places to choose from to eat. Breakfast was very basic but appreciated. Sausage and scrambled eggs as the hot selections. Waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice as an option. I would definitely stay here again. Just knowing particularly about the view and what to expect at breakfast are nice to know ahead of time."
"We checked in about 1230 am. First room was on the 1st floor. Getting off the elevator we were hit with the smell of the hallway. It smelt like the pound. The room had ants everywhere. The receptionist was kind enough to give us another room on the second floor. The hallway smelt much better and the room was ok for the most part.
The next morning we went down about 6:45-7am to get our "free breakfast" and were told that in order to get breakfast we had to have filled out a menu by 10pm the night before. We weren't able to check in until after midnight. I informed the hotel of this prior. I explained to the day shift receptionist we were not told anything about filling out a menu at that time nor when we checked in even though I asked what time breakfast was and was told 5:30-9. The day shift receptionist didn't care nor did she even offer so much as an orange or apple to us. She just said "sorry". She could have said "sorry, I can't offer you any hot food but we do have pre packaged items." The guest guide in the room doesn't mention anything about having to fill out a menu either. It just simply states when breakfast is.
We filled out a menu for the next day and there were definitely items on there that she could have offered such as: yogurt, prepackaged danish, orange, apple, banana, and juice.
Also, toilet didn't want to flush completely. The cleaning person handed me a plunger to fix myself.
Overall, I was not impressed with this property and won't be returning. "
"It's a very simple hotel, nothing too fancy, but the room was clean and warm, everything we needed was there. The self-checkin instructions were clear and timely.
Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay."
"Room was old but it was dirty. Toilet seat not even wiped off. Table next to bed was also dirty and sticky. I reserved online which stated $15 per night for pets. When I got there I was charged $35!!!! For $35 there was barely any grass for the dogs to do their business."
"We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was amazingly clean and ready to welcome guests. "
"The breakfast was food, but as many bugs and roaches that I found in the hotel I didn’t really want to eat any of it. The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel. I tried contacting corporate and they told me to talk to the hotel, but I feel like the hotel staff since they decided to charge me for the incidentals, why would they change their mind overall it was a great experience, even though I was just using it to stay for a few hours to get rest, but I’m definitely not using that hotel anymore in Bremerton, which is sad because it used to be a great hotel when I used to use it all the time for my Navy reserve weekends "
