Great location at the end of the main street right next to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing at night if you listen. Birds singing in the morning. Comfortable room with a great shower. Friendly staff. Great dining options close by very walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

We stayed four nights and fell in love with thos beautiful boutique hotel and with our gracious host, Carolìna. This 3 room hotel was our home away from home with everything we needed. From the french press coffee in the morning, afternoon naps in the quiet of our space to dreamy overnight rests, we could not have been more pleased with our choice!! The hotel has a great shop on the street front along with an art gallery displaying local artists on the inside that you pass through on the way to your room. You are less than a minute to the beach and the area has many wonderful restaurants to choose from. If you are coming to San Pancho, it is worth a stay. We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again in the spring.

Spacious, clean and next to the beach!

The staff was very attentive at the face that I was traveling as a solo female. The room exceeded my expectations. Very large, AC unit, showers were clear and spacious and the best part was the outdoors kitchenette. This is located a few steps from the beach. I spent every day at the beach and loved being able to access my room conveniently. I highly recommend this place. It is affordable, clean, spacious and just a few steps from the beach.

This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on.

this property is super unique and was like staying in your own jungle bungalow. beautiful construction, minimal style, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. quiet and private. you can’t get any closer to the beach in san pancho unless you book a room overlooking the beach - location was perfect. host was very communicative. we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in San Pancho! Accommodations were simple & perfect. Host very nice. No outside view/window but right off the beach & main street…everything within walking distance. Quiet at night. Would stay here again.

this is an amazing place to stay. beach area is barely 70metres far. room has a very well equipped kitchen area. spotless clean wise. my wife and I had the best of experience having a nice french-pressed cup of coffee every morning. staff is friendly and attentive.

I liked the property a lot. It was clean and the hosts were really kind communicative and patient. There was loud music playing nearby at night and although it didn’t bother me, it maybe helpful info. At the time I booked this Expedia doesn’t mention the property takes cash only. So heads up to have enough cash as the local atms can be out of money and/ or have limits and there is no bank in town.

This place is great! Very bohemian and very small! Just what we needed! Very clean, has a kitchen, a/c, nice shower and a bed. Also added plus is the beach is just steps away! Everyone was so friendly and was very happy to see you! I would suggest this place if you don’t need 5-star accommodations! It just went with the charm of the small town of San Poncho!!

Clean and comfortable room a few steps from the beach. One thing to be aware of is that payment must be made in cash. Carolina was very accomodating when an ATM screwed me over, and was very communicative. Paola and others at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It’s a super awesome place! Something to know though there is no TV and the bathroom isn’t included so if your sharing with a friend you can hear them do their business haha! Besides that it was so perfect we loved staying there and it was super nice. Right off the stretch in San Pancho super in the heart but never to loud! Caro was a fantastic host and communicated super clearly we loved our time so much we asked for another night but someone else had already booked. Do yourself a favour and book another night longer

Wow, its not what you expect, in a great way! Well surley its location,location,location. While S.P. is small town, we were surely right in the middle of it all, 30 second walk to beach included. But you would never know it was the middle of it all. The hosts were extremely accomodating, and always reachable (not that we really needed it). The room was perfect and "rustic", again in a great way! As this was our first visit to S.P., this stay surely made us feel welcome and comfortable.If the hosts would have us back, we would surely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place! It is convenient to the beach and the main street of the town. (Unfortunately this can make it a little noisy if you are a person who goes to bed early.) Carolina was very responsive to our every need, even bringing us things not standardly in the kitchen. Our unit was kept clean and simply furnished. We had AC in the bedroom, and the kitchen was open air. You can hear the ocean from the room to put you to sleep. One thing to note is that there is no view from the room, and no lobby area to sit in if you desire that, but you can always go to the beach!

Excellent! I can only speak for the room i stayed in as there are 2 more rooms. My trip was with my wife of many years and so this is from a couples point of view. As a New Yorker where customer service is top priority, this place checked all the boxes. The staff was professional and courteous, room was clean, alot of space and the location was great. You take less then 2 mins to the beach and less then 1 min to bars and restaurants. My wife did mention the sounds in the morning from the birds chirping that may be a bit much but that was only for 20 mins and then it was back to normal. Overall our stay was outstanding.
