"I’m sure the staff would’ve been great and the motel was kind of what I expected but there’s no place to check in. I did not get to stay there. I ended up finding another place closer to the beach that had an opening. I’ve contacted Orbitz to get a refund, but I haven’t heard back. Pretty weird experience"
