"The resort was absolutely amazing, and the views were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the private island was perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be that the resort is beginning to show its age in a few areas. We noticed some chipped paint, stucco that could use repair, and the water park slides could benefit from sanding, a fresh coat of primer, and new paint. There were also several pool tiles with chipped or missing pieces, and the tile color is starting to fade. The scenic elevators could use a little TLC as well.
These are all relatively minor maintenance items, but addressing them now could help prevent more costly repairs in the future. This resort is truly an iconic destination on the island, and I hope it continues to receive the care and investment it deserves.
Despite these observations, we had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here again. We can't wait to come back!"
