"My room had a leak in the bathroom I called several times and it was leaking for the 3 days I was there , my cleaning lady kept on leaving the dirty toilet tissues in the garbage came into the room when we were there, staff in the dining area was very rude ask the cooker for the meat said he couldn’t do anything because he had to clean grill and it will take him 20 Minutes , every time you will ask an employee for anything they treated us like when we’re bothering them and we were disturbing them . I like the place but they have to work on their staff , they all feel they are not there to served , they feel that customers are below them . We are on vacation that last thing you want to do is argue or feel uncomfortable in a place that you choose to relax and wind down the place has a beautiful view will love them to work on re training employees, was my second time but left so disappointed again ."

"Saludo por este medio les informo que tienen un negocio te roban las cosas las llaves y todo para después cobrarte todo adicional un empleado se llevó nuestra llave para después cobrarnos 4500 pesos y por durar media hora más de la acordado me cobraron 950 pesos mas es una satafa es el peor risor del país no compren esto es una basura me trataron como un delincuente por una hora más que dure en el risor"

"Como cuidan el medio ambiente teniendo mascotas y no permitiendo envases plasticos. Proveen agua filtrada con ozono. El personal en general muy atento. La comida deliciosa y variada. Todo esta cerca habitaciones, buffet, gimnasio, discoteca, cafeteria, el lobby y excelente servicio de taxi. Haré mis reservas en el.furo en este hotel. Lo unico fue que me quería quedar 1 dia mas, pero Expedia me dijo que cancelara la reservacion y la volviera a hacer. Total descortesia. Haré mis reservas en el futuro directo en el hotel, sin intermediarios."
