Everything was great, EXCEPT the bed was terrible, impossible to sleep in, we left a day early because we were so tired from being unable to sleep at night. For what we paid I expected a mattress, this felt barely a step above a box spring. Bring an air mattress, it’ll be better. The staff was super nice, the building and pools and everything else was awesome…. But the bed ruined it for us.

The Sonoran Sky was excellent, everything from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was everything you would expect in a resort hotel, clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again.

It was great. Loved the large balcony and it was clean and equipped. On the negative side: TV had next to no program content. The mattress and bedding seemed sub-standard. The shower plumbing needed some attention. The star in this is the beach front location.

Love the property but the spa facial wasn’t so great. I got the $135 spa package for my daughter and I and the massage was great and tranquil, the facial however was a dismal. All they did was put stuff on our face and leave and then a few minutes later come back and take it off and put more stuff on face and then leave and so forth. On top of that, we were suppose to get a 60 minute facial and it ended up being 45 minutes. I told the guy and all they did was discount $5. Like no!!! I rather have gotten the extra 15 minutes even in a massage form. Would not recommend facial at all.

The place was neat and clean, but we were very disappointed. We mainly chose this room because of the outdoor hot tub, and unfortunately it was out of service. There was also no outdoor furniture to sit on and enjoy the space. One of the chairs inside the hot tub was broken as well. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning, which made our stay less enjoyable. Overall, while the condo was clean, the missing amenities and uncomfortable bed were disappointing.

El cuarto estaba sucio, estaba lleno de polvo las cosas y en uno de los nightstand tenía hasta los plásticos de etiqueta me imagino de los huéspedes anteriores y que no limpiaron, también tenía una gotera en el baño que derramaba agua al piso y era peligroso de resbalarse, se comunicó y no se solucionó siguió con el derrame, también la puerta corrediza no cierra bien y se escuchaba horrible el aire de afuera pagué demasiado para que el cuarto no estuviera limpio ni adecuado para la estancia
