"Front door lock didn't work. There was a bad storm during our stay and the door flew out wide open, had to use chairs to keep it closed. Master bedroom shower handle is broken, bathroom mirror was full of hairs and the handle to open one of the balconies was super loose."

"Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!"
