Overall great stay at the hotel. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, accommodating restaurant staff eith food restriction/allergies and close to most of the excursions areas. Wish you can improve your beach area other than that it was a great stay

I thought I booked Hyatt ziva of Cancun, it turns out to be the one in riviera maya. I wouldn’t come here again because of bland food and no beach.

The best all-inclusive resort to stay at in Mexico. In my opinion. My experience was 10 out of 10 I stayed at 19 different resorts, and I felt the most safe as this resort.

Adults-only pool was the nicest area at the resort- clean and relaxing; Spa area and services provided were high quality. However, there was no beach area, too much seaweed (made area near the beach look gross)- guests should be made aware of no beach access prior to booking; staff’s customer service was hit-or-miss, sometimes made you feel like you were bothering them, getting refills on drinks at dinner was exceptionally difficult, food quality was low/budget end.
