"This was a really lovely hotel, location is convenient from the airport and the near by town is delightful. The rooms (we had a suite) are spacious and well set up for families. The cleaning staff do a really good job. The outdoor pools are really good, the kids pool in particular is a really good size. It is, however, very annoying that the time share owners can reserve sun beds for the whole week, it makes it very difficult with a young family who want to be close by to see their kids in the pool. The main pool is also very good. The food and drinks at the pool bar are excellent and loved the ice creams that were given out! The main restaurant is fairly good. The breakfast is great with lots on offer, it would be helpful if the staff on the omlette station etc could speak a little English so you can communicate properly with them. The lunch menu was the same and a bit boring to be honest, and although we had agreed previously to have suitable simple food for our baby made this caused a problem most of the times we ate lunch. The themes nights were ok, although vegetarian options a bit limited. Overall a nice hotel."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was great, and the staff truly made the experience even better—everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The entertainment team was fantastic and kept the energy up the entire time. The unlimited towel service was hands down a highlight—absolutely top-notch. The bathrooms throughout the resort were very well maintained and consistently clean, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the limited food options available by the outside pool. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back"

"Stayed at the Villa. This was the best part of the stay. Having our own private pool was great as the kids went in and out all day. The villas itself was amazing! Felt like our own little home. The pool and rooms cleaned daily. The only bad thing about staying at the villa is that there is no ocean view and it is very noisy during the day due to a lot of construction going on in the area. With the Villa, we Got complimentary Cabanas by the pool which was nice and your own butler to serve you. Food at the buffet and blue water was excellent. The kids club was very underwhelming. the facilities overall seem a bit older. Mini golf was a 2/10. The entertainment at night was top notch. The pool was nice, spacious. Beach was very dirty and barely anyone there. Not the place to go if your expect to get in the beach water. Overall it was a decent stay. "
