"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "It would be hard to imagine a more comfortable place to stay than the Aldebaran Hotel. The staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful. The interior of the hotel is more like a high end residence than a hotel. We ate at the hotel three nights and the food and service were excellent every night, although pricey by Argentine standards. The view of the lake and mountains from our room was like a painting. This hotel is about 45 minutes from the chaos of downtown Bariloche and is in a very peaceful semi-rural area. It is very close to the Circuito Chico, which in our opinion had much better and more accessible scenery than the Circuito Grande. We would stay here again."
