"The rooms are fabulous and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Shower is powerful and the toiletries are Rituals which are lovely so no need to black shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or body lotion.
Mini bar is well stocked and prices are very reasonable. The outside beds on your patio are a lovely touch when you just want a quiet day. Danielle was the star of the show for us. She was everywhere ensuring every one was having a lovely time and checking if breakfast was okay etc.
The spa was brilliant and I had 4 treatments while here, Patricia was my favourite therapist. Breakfast gave lots of choice and the restaurant manager was always at hand to ensure that everyone had what they needed. There was a large choice on the buffet with an additional menu for eggs, pancakes and tostadas. The reception staff were brilliant with Mario standing out above the others for his constant smile and positivity, his professionalism and his attention to detail.
We dined at La Kentia and all was beautiful. I only wish you could order a side of potatoes or vegetables with the main as there seemed to be something absent from the dishes. We ate here twice and whilst the quality and presentation was second to none, the lack of Vegs or a Carb would make me have to think about another visit. We didn’t eat in the buffet restaurant so can’t comment on that but the menu looked very good.
The sunbeds were the best we have ever lain on. The comfort was brilliant! Can’t wait to visit again."
