City centre hotel, everything on your door step.Even a cafe under your room. Late night stop outs make it a bit noisy, but that is expected in the city centre. Windows give fair amount of sound proof when closed.

HORRIBLE, UNSAFE! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!

Unfortunate our stay at this hotel was a horrifying experience. Unlivable conditions. No air conditioning and hot humid air to the point where you are unable to breathe Windows made of paper, the noise from the street is such that it is physically impossible to sleep. I had to take my bed sheets put them on the floor in the bathroom and sleep there. The noise is such that you would rather sleep on the floor next to a toilet than in the bed (which btw is separate for any couples reading this). Its not the owners fault that the streets are noisy. It is however his responsibility to build the hotel in a way where the noise is filtered out to some extent at least. Also a small fan costs 20€. Our night cost 70€. There is no apology for making your guests stay in these conditions. No soap. Bed sheets very poor At 2am the party outside was just getting started. At 5AM I went from the bathroom floor to sleep in my bed. At 6:30 we woke up to the sounds of a fist/knife fight on the street below. The only positive thing is the team running the hotel. Young and kind people. Unfortunately their kindness can’t compensate for the horribleness of this experience. I apologize to them if this review harms them in any way. It should be said that this is not their fault and they are doing their best. Responsibility lies with the owner/manager. I cannot say this strongly enough. Avoid this establishment at any cost. Until they instal fans and decent windows this place is unlivable.

La habitación está bastante bien. Reformada y con buen gusto en la elección de los materiales. Lo que deberían es tener servicio de habitaciones todos los días!!. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha...q no tragaba el agua, se salía el agua de la ducha. No lo arreglaron y tampoco fueron a limpiar la habitación.

Buenas vistas y situación muy céntricas con comercio muy próximo, una fiesta en la misma plaza que aunque lo música acabo a las 24 horas el ruido no ceso hasta altas horas de la madrugada, y la limpieza con mucho ruido comenzó al amanecer, la habitación no estaba en absoluto insonorizada, no pudimos descansar nada bien

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar, was man begehrt. Für mich war es wichtig, dass ich abends kein Taxi brauche, wenn ich unterwegs war. Die Stadt ist eh sicher. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Destacaría muy positivamente la atención recibida por el personal, sin lugar a duda. Noemi, Jony, Ana la camarera de pisos. Todos ellos hicieron de nuestra estancia un momento bastante único y especial, el factor humano es bastante bueno. Por último cabe destacar que las habitaciones están dotadas de lo más primordial y necesario... eso sí, la televisión no se conecta a la red wifi... hemos probado de todo.

Hay discotecas por lo que los fines de semanas hay mucho ruido,si lo que quieres es descanso. Esta muy centrico a cinco minutos caminando esta la plaza del charco. No tienen aire acondicionado ,ni ventiladores.

Llegamos y el chico que estaba allí, nos solucionó un problema que hubo con la habitación, despues de eso, todo correcto. La habitación que nos tocó, super espaciosa, limpia, olor agradable con balcón, entraba el fresquito todo bien. Lo único el ruido de los exteriores, pero es normal, ya que está al lado del ocio, y por la noche en verano como en todo lado hace un poco de calor, y por el ruido de afuera por la noche no se podía abrir las ventanas ni nada y como no había aire acondicionado, se pasaba un pizco de calor. Pero en resumen, calidad, precio bastante bien, volveríamos a ir, sobre todo en estaciones menos calurosas, repetiremos seguro! Y sobre todo 10 de 10 a todo el personal del hotel.
