We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is well maintained, has a load of excellent chill areas- the roof was so nice at night and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area. We enjoyed how quiet the hotel was compared to town yet was very walkable to town from the hotel. Ursula, the hotel owner was lovely and really helpful all through our trip! Would really recommend coming here for a chilled week away

A superb location on hills surrounding Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance (15 minutes) from beach, (20-25 minutes) from the port. Very nice layout of property, pool, well-maintained gardens, an array of amenities to relax and enjoy sunshine. Property is quite, away from traffic. Would return.

Väldigt fint äldre hotell med en mycket mysig trädgård omgiven av bananplantager. Jättegullig personal och ägarinnan är mycket trevlig. Lite långt från stan. Backarna är lodräta men vill man inte gå finns det buss från busstationen ända upp. Rummet var fint inrett i en äldre stil och personligt. Väldigt lyhört man hör allt grannarna gör. Både ditten och datten. Vaknade på natten av tassande ljud utanför på terrassen flera gånger. Kanske ett litet hundspöke? Trivsamt hotell i vilket fall!

Très bien mais...

On aurait mis 5 étoiles, si pas quelques bricoles. Un plafonnier dans la chambre qui ne s'éteint pas, une veilleuse brille toute la nuit et éclaire la chambre. Des tentures pas à la hauteur de l'hébergement : pour la fenêtre de la chambre, une moitié très longue (brune) qui traine sur 39cl au sol, l'autre moitié différente (blanche à fleurs) qui arrive au raz de la fenêtre. Mais ce n'est rien à côté du WIFI qu'il font payer 5 euros ( oui, 5€) ce qui mesquin et petit par rapport aux 760 euros de la chambre pour le séjour. Une vraie mendicité qu'on ne rencontre plus dans aucun sérieux aujourd'hui. Si non séjour très agréable, calme, terrasse avec vue agréable et appartement très bien équipé.

Schöne erholsame Tage in der Villa Rosalva

Uns haben die Tage in der Villa Rosalva sehr gut getan und gefallen. Die Anlage ist traumhaft in eine Bananenplantage gebettet mehr sehr guter Sicht in Richtung Puerto de la Cruz, zum Mehr und zum Teide. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Ecken zur Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir hatten ein Apartment, welches ausreichend Platz und alle notwendige, auch zum Kochen, bietet. Wir waren zehn Tage dort und das einzige, was uns gestört hat war, dass in dieser Zeit nur zweimal ein Handtuchwechsel und eine Reinigung des Bads erfolgte. Hier wäre einmal mehr schön gewesen. Ansonsten können wir die Anlage nur empfehlen.

Ein Juwel inmitten einer Bananenplantage

Ein absolutes Juwel auf der Insel! Die Anlage ist so schön und idyllisch gelegen und doch so dicht an Puerto de la Cruz. Ein wunderschöner Garten und unendlich viele Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Hemingway auf Key West! Und ganz vielen Dank, liebe Frau Höhn, für Ihre wunderbar unkomplizierte und bezaubernde Art. 😘

Inolvidable semana!!

Maravillosa experiencia! Sin duda repetiremos. La dueña Ursula, Maria y Sabrina son espectaculares personas, en todo momento nos sentimos como en casa y no olvidarme de Jack! Puro amor peludo. Dejligt sted

Meget stort sted, med masser udendørs faciliteter med lækker udsigt. Personalet var så søde og behjælpelig. Alt så meget bedre ud i virkeligheden end på billederne. Selvom det ligger lidt væk centrum, er det ikke længere end at man gå. Vi brugt slet ikke taxa, mens vi var der. Ursula var så sød og altid klar til hjælp. Fuldstændigt fantastisk oplevelse! Vil helt klart anbefale dette sted, og vil helt klart selv brug det igen.

Eine Oase der Stille in der Bananenplantage

Die Villa Rosalva in Puerto de la Cruz liegt mitten in einer Bananplantage 20 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und ist wunderschön. Zum Entspannen und Relaxen hervorragend geeignet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Und das zusätzlich gebuchte Frühstück übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Als Gast genießt man einen hervorragenden Service.Nie wieder Hotel!

Liebevoll geführte Apartments in exklusiver Lage

Wunderbare liebevoll geführte kleine Apartment Anlage, außerhalb des touristischen Troubels der Innenstadt/Promenade mit exklusiver Lage in Mitten einer Bananenplantage mit Blick über die Stadt und aufs Meer. Dennoch ausreichend nahelegen für den Fußweg an die Playa Jardin oder zum Restaurant.

An excellent Apartment run by a great Host. Ursula was extremely helpful & provided fresh bread everyday. The Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Difficult to find fault & would definitely return.
