Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff who attended to our every need. Breakfast was made fresh to order every morning- yogurt, fruit, granola, and then the main dish which was always eggs, a breakfast meat and some side dishes which changed daily. The entire hotel was spotless. Daily housekeeping kept our room spotless as well. Mini split air conditioning in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Acacia. The location was very central and walkable to shops, dinner, the Charles Darwin Center, and a couple of beaches. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus a delicious fresh breakfast daily. So glad we planned a couple of days in Puerto Ayora - there are sea lions, tortoises, and marine iguanas all over the place and we spent a lovely day at Tortuga Bay (thanks to recommendation from Acacia staff). Wish we had planned more time there.

We’ve never been treated better than we were by the staff at Hotel Acacia. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Claudia for giving us such a positive experience! The hotel has everything you need and is centrally located, plus breakfast included.

Hotel Acacia was fantastic. It's the perfect location, clean spacious rooms that they tidy for you every day. The breakfast included is delicious. The staff is truly amazing. They noticed my birthday was coming up after asking to see my passport at check in and surprised me with a cake and candle for my birthday breafast. Everyone is helpful and thoughtful. I really loved my stay here.

The staff here are the friendliest, most helpful, most thoughtful and most professional I have encountered in the 58 countries I have visited. They absolutely added to the specialness of our honeymoon. Perfect base to explore Galapagos

This was the second time we stayed at Acacia during our trip. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are so kind, considerate and professional. The rooms are a pleasure to sleep in, always immaculate, freest and clean. There is a tranquil foyer, landing area which is a great spot for looking at the sea, reading or just resting. The location is ideal for Santa Cruz, just off the Main Street, quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. A big mention must go to Jose, Claudia and Carolina who made us feel most welcome. Thank you for a.very pleasant stay.

We’re a couple and stayed for 6 nights in February. What stands out above all is the warm hospitality and service. Claudia and her two colleagues were amazing - helping with dinner reservations, arranging for laundry services, serving us a different wonderful breakfast each morning. Hotel has a modern design, always pristine. Spaces outside to hang our wet swimsuits. We were on top (third) floor and had an issue with getting hot water only once and staff came up immediately to address it. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place To Stay!!

We absolutely loved Acacia House. All of the employees are fabulous and want to make your stay the best it can be. We stayed in #202 which overlooked the pool. We had a king bed and the room was large and the bathroom had a nice tub and shower and a nice balcony that looked over the pool. We had a great breakfast which included eggs your way, avocado, toast, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit and a fresh juice & coffee. It was soooo much food but excellent!! Ohhh and also empanadas and bacon. The location is perfect. It’s about a block or so off the Main Street. So many restaurants within 2 min walk and also a salon and place for excellent massages. Whatever you need Bente and her wonderful staff can arrange for you. The beds and linens were so comfy! The pool was perfect! We absolutely recommend this hotel. I promise, you will love it!

The room was clean and the cold ac. Check in staff were pushy. She asked 3 times what tours we were going on. She spoke loading and fast. My English isn’t perfect and when I asked her to slow down and repeat herself, the manager was giggling. You have provide your room key as collateral forms beach towel. They also want to know exactly what time you are having breakfast each day ahead of time. I will not stay here again. The location is perfectly central though in downtown.

We stayed at Hotel Acacia for 6 nights, and we were extremely pleased with its clean rooms, excellent staff, and delicious breakfast! The hotel is perfectly situated in Puerto Ayora, walkable to everything in town. The hotel crew also connected us to an agency that helped us book day tours, with which we embarked on the tours to North Seymour and Pinzón. They also helped us coordinate transportations to and from the airport. Our trip to the Galapagos was made perfect by Hotel Acacia! Thank you!!

The Acacia is absolutely everything a boutique hotel should be. The small staff, led by Carolina could not have been more welcoming. Our room was on the smaller side but very well designed to be comfortable and useful. Pool area is tranquil and very beautiful. Breakfasts were fantastic cooked and served fresh. The property is a short half block from the main waterfront area. There was also great laundry service at $2 a kilo that made the rest of our trip much more convenient. Could not recommend this experience more highly. Absolute excellence.

Hotel pequeno e calmo. Otima localizacao. Atendimento agradavel. Quando temos que sair cedo, antes do café, para os passeios, eles preparam uma cesta de alimentos para levar-mos. São muito atenciosos. Só teve um problema em usar a hidromassagem. A funcionaria teve problemas em liga-la. Parece que havia um problema com a Hydro, Ele nao tem serviço de bar e restaurante mas, 1 rua abaixo estão localizados todos os restaurantes.
