el personal era muy amable, la ubicacion del hotal estaba genial hacia la playa y tambien esta padrisima solamente la habitación era muy pequeña y la mas costosa de mi viaje por chiapas. las palapas estaban muy agusto para tomar el fresco en la tarde y la brisa del restaurante junto con la vista muy agradables, quiza las raciones y el costo de los platillos no eran lo mejor pero en general el hotel es muy recomendable para hospedarte en puerto arista

Ubicación excelente. Colchones, almohadas, sábanas y toallas de buena calidad. Alberca y palapas de playa falta limpieza y mantenimiento. Habitaciones con humedad, agua regadera y lavamanos olían mal y las 2 botellas de agua cortesia de 250ml, no alcanzan para lavarse los dientes. Buen servicio de restaurante, comida sabrosa. Buen lugar para hospedarse.

no estuvo del todo mal

la estancia en las instalaciones, no estuvo mal ni el servicio , eso estuvo bastante bien solamente la alberca no tiene un debido mantenimiento en el agua y las habitaciones estan viejas, necestan remodelar habitaciones y ser mas meticulosos con la limpieza del hotel. algo que tambien no nos agrado es que no tengan politicas de silencio en las noches ya que no dormimos nada porque en una habitacion estaban cantando a gritos horrible y no hicieron lo debido para callarlos, deberian multar por no guardar silencio a deshoras

La observación que puedo mencionar es que la alberca no estaba muy bien tratanda, se veía algo turbia y la temperatura tampoco estaba muy bien adecuada, se sintió muy caliente. La atención les faltó un poco más amabilidad. La demora en el restaurante también es algo que igual podrían mejorar.
