"Our room was very comfortable and clean. We found the temperature too high in the middle of the night. I would have liked a small bar of soap for washing my face. "The hotel's facilities were great. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."
