"Hotel, piezas, SPA, servicio, restaurante. Todo muy bien. Lo único que NECESITAN CON URGENCIA mejorar son las mantenciones del aire acondicionado. Morimos de calor la primera noche, dormimos pésimo. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que fue lo mismo (en ese punto ya desistimos porque asumimos que era un problema generalizado). Me parece que en un hotel como este, no tener un A/C en PERFECTO estado destiñe exageradamente...es ridículo. Fuera de eso me ENCANTÓ el hotel."
