"The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). Kuddos to his patience and helpfulness. The hotel is an ok layover. It is clean and comfortable, with no amenities in the room. As this is an airport hotel, I would recommend a small electric teapot to allow the guest to make a tea or coffee, when arriving very late with no bar or eating options. "

"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient. That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. "Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome. "
