Good location near shopping centers, excellent service. The only thing the room lacks is cleanliness, as we found a bottle cap on the carpet near the window. The hotel has nice views, but our room, not so nice, overlooks a school.

Clean hotel on the quiet side of Blvd Atlixcayotl, easy access to plenty of dining options. Walls are thin and you can hear everything happening in the room next door and the aisle. There were a bunch of teenagers staying at the hotel and they kept running up and down the aisle Leta at night, that was really annoying. Didn’t have breakfast at the property, it looked basic for what they charge. We opted to have breakfast at Nisso, just 5 minute walk around Plaza Palmas. Stayed here twice before and will probably stay here again.

Staff not very helpful

The room was extremely noisy due to loud music playing from the next door at midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Initially, the staff was not very helpful; when I called the front desk, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. Frustrated, I had to go downstairs to the lobby to seek assistance directly, where I finally received a response regarding the situation.
