Me gustaría dar mejor calificación, pero hubo varias cosas que no me agradaron. Llamé en 2 ocasiones para confirmar suite ejecutiva con cama King Size y no se que tipo de habitación me dieron con 2 camas matrimoniales, las cuales rechinaban. En la madrugada, mucha gente hablando en los pasillos, no sé si llegó algún equipo deportivo o qué pero hablaban casi a los gritos y si al personal del hotel no le importó ir a decirles que tuvieran respeto por los que estábamos descansando, mucho menos a esa gente le importaría guardar silencio.

En general buen hotel, tiene sus temas como que la alberca está súper fría, se agradecería un poco más atención a esta zona; el buffet está bueno (excelente vista del restaurante); recepción da mucho que desear, no todas, pero si hay personal déspota, fuera de recepción el demás personal súper atento y amable. Aún así regresaría la zona es muy tranquila, el hotel muy tranquilo, muy cómoda la habitación.
