No parking space available. But the property is very nice and clean. we used Uber. The HOTEL sign was very small, excellent place to relax and walking distance to all the center/ Downtown.

Great job renovating an historic building. Only 16 rooms nicely done. Close walk to centro historico. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Safe area. Relatively quiet. Nice beds and pillows.
Very comfortable room, very clean, the staff are super nice and respectful
Hotel is only a couple of blocks from the main park (zocalo) and lots of restaurants and shops I would stay here again and highly recommend it
Service was great. Room stunk like sewage, it was so bad we had to keep the sliding door opened and bathroom door closed most of the time. We even had our air freshener but still overpowering. The sliding door did not lock , we had to sleep with the fear someone could come in and steal our stuff. They need to fix the door and fix the sewage problem. Room was good , big and clean but other than that, definitely stay somewhere closer to zocalo even if you pay a bit more.
We had an amazing stay at Casa Azulai in Puebla. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy for us to walk and explore the city. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing.
Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!
I recently spent my birthday at this hotel while traveling to Puebla, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks just as pictured—if not even nicer. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sandra and Alex, Elinea who went out of their way to give us directions and great recommendations on where to go. Their hospitality really made the stay special. I would definitely come back and spend more time here
Excellent service and staff, room was spacious and clean. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location.
The only issue was that the room was not well isolated, so the noise coming from the street was loud at night. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it woke us up a few times.
Still, I would book again.
Everything was amazing from the customer service to the architecture to everything that followed after that. I definitely recommend staying there and I would gladly stay there again.
Gorgeous building, beautiful room, super clean, great staff and breakfast was delicious in the wonderful courtyard. Rooftop area was fab, even if it was off season and the bar wasn't open.
Everyone was very nice and our room was very clean. If you want a unique stay hotel casa azuil was a great pick for me and my wife. I will definitely be going back.
