Me gustó mucho, solo me gustaría que el estacionamiento fuera gratuito para los que se quedan más de 2 días, y también que tuvieran o vigilarán más en cuanto a los que se hospedan, los del cuarto de alado tenían fiesta en la madrugada, precia que iban a romper las paredes (habitación 1410) y nadie se daba cuenta, un poco más de vigilancia estaría estupendo, sobre todo para los que vamos a descansar. Faltó que el gimnasio estuviera disponible.

Nunca funcionó el aire acondicionado de la habitación y se les dijo desde que llegamos. El parking pésimo no hubo un día que no esperara más de quince o veinte minutos para que me lo trajeran y además pague, no lo que ustedes me habían o lo que me contestaron cuando ya había terminado mi estancia

Nos entregaron el cuarto a las 5 de la tarde. Las señoritas de recepción totalmente rebasadas e incluso algunas de mal humor. El servicio para pedir algún articulo al cuarto tarda hora y media. El concierge lo mismo. En general no tienen la capacidad para atender tanta gente.

No todo es agradable en el hotel

Las habitaciones están muy bien. No me gusta la forma en que se llega a las habitaciones, ya que se tiene que tomar dos elevadores. Tampoco me gusta que a los huéspedes nos cobren el estacionamiento, debería ser un servicio proporcionado por el hotel.

Decepcionante, para este tipo de hoteles, la gente de valet parking insuficiente, media hora para entregar el auto, para pagar el estacionamiento otra media hora ya que habia que formarse en la recepcion donde se registraban los huespedes, ropa de cama sucia, y se les olvido dejar toallas en la habitacion 3 llamadas para solicitarlasy 40 min para recibirlas
