"I choose this hotel because close to customer's facility, so it's far away from Shanghai downtown. Reception personnel don't speak english at all. Room was smelly, like old and closed room. Breakfast poor, not so clean, personnel of restaurant not professional (no refilling missing milk, not replacing finished forks and knives, doing everything kindly asked in bothered way."
