"We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Novotel Cusco. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything in Cusco's historic center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also several excellent restaurants just 1–2 minutes away. The breakfast was outstanding. I always look for hotels with an excellent breakfast. The room was, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"Thanks to the staff here, I was back in Cusco after a day in macchu piccu and had a horrible acute case of soroche. They sorted me out straight away with oxygen in the room, which made me able to get up and out to a flight. My partner also reports that the breakfast spread was the best of the whole holiday (including hotels with much bigger claims of luxury)"

"The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. When we arrived, we were helped by a bellhop who held the doors open, carried our luggages, and assisted us to our hotel room. The front desk was very friendly explaining all of the hotel services (e.g., Wi-Fi password, complimentary teas and filtered water refilling station, breakfast, etc.). The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable with lots of overhead and nightstand lighting. The bathrooms were very clean with shampoo and hot water in the showers. The hotel's restaurant was also exceptional with great variety, quality, and presentation of food."

"I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco! The property is a 30-minute walk/$2 Uber ride to the Plaza de Armas—as a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and enjoyed walking into town during the day, and was able to get quick Ubers every night. The property itself is in a sweet and quiet residential area and faces a tree-filled plaza. The rooms are beautiful and large, the beds extremely comfortable, and there was consistent hot water. The breakfast spread is incredible and Karina in the kitchen is warm, attentive, and lovely to talk with. All of the hotel staff, including Darvin, show incredible care and pride for the property. This place is an absolute gem that I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return to."
