"The best part was how attentive and helpful the staff was. I had a foot sprain and they helped with crepe bandage, ice, medication. Getting their support was a quick phone call away. The view was exceptional. We had a very relaxing stay. We are loyal to the Sonesta chain as well."

"This is the worst experience we have had anywhere at any hotel in Peru in 25 years of extensive traveling. Stay away from it. Go across the street to the GHL or Casa Andina where the staff are polite and helpful."
