"Staying at Hyatt House was so relaxing. We did not have any issues with our room, which was so clean, comfortable and has a well equiped kitchen. The on site laundry facility was handy since our stay was 10 nights. Each morning, the breakfast was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again on future visits. Thank you Hyatt!"

"Horrible service from the staff i had a friend coming over to pick me up to go to a party he was looking for my room and they told him to leave or they were honna call security they called me to the room i confirmed he was coming with and they told me if he was in my room i had to leave too using F*** so ofcourse i left and i had booked for 2 nights and i was there just for 4 hours. "Staff are wonderful. Water pressure is so bad it took 4-5 minutes for my water to get warm. ADA hand held shower has no post to position in a way that people can wash hair with both hands. No daily cleaning of the room. Garbage gets piled up. "
