"Το βασικότερο πρόβλημα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ότι δεν άναβαν την θέρμανση. Πήγαμε με 2 μικρά παιδιά και τις ώρες 5-8 το απόγευμα όπως και όλη την νύχτα κρυώναμε γιατί δεν είχε θέρμανση (έξω είχε – βαθμούς). Ενώ παραπονεθήκαμε επανειλημμένος και χρειάστηκε να μιλήσουμε στο τηλέφωνο με τον ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα έχουμε θέρμανση όλο το 24ωρο, αποδείχτηκε βέβαια ότι έπαιζαν με την υπομονή μας γιατί απλά δεν άλλαξε κάτι. Επίσης ο προαύλιος χώρος είχε παντού σκουπίδια και ήταν...

"We stayed here for two nights while visiting Meteora. The place is lovely. We had a room in the basement with a private bathroom. That is a must for us, and some rooms have shared bathrooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great. The only downside was that the window looked out into the backyard from the basement. That made the room seem a little smaller. But overall it didn’t really matter much. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate dinner one evening on the lawn, and that was very nice as well. There is limited parking on the street near the hotel. One evening we had to park about 100 yards away, but there isn’t much they can do about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again if we come back. "
