"The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay."

"This place is phenomenal...from the peacefulness of the property to the caring and attentive staff. I intended to name them all, but I'd butcher the spelling, so I'll just say, Sas efcharistó gia tin ómorfi empeiría sto próto mou taxídi stin Elláda, SOLO! I kalosýni sas ítan mia evlogía gia tin psychí mou kai sas efcharistó ólous xechoristá. I was drawn to this place immediately, from the online photos and I my gut did not disappoint. "Overall, it's a decent property, but let's begin with the obvious - this is absolutely not a five star property. That's not to stay that this isn't a bad place. The appearance of the property is good with a great lobby, decorations, organization! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone has what they need. The pool facilities and activities are great as well, with lots of options available to entertain the guests. Dining options are plenty and the cleaning staff are amazing with ensuring the general dining area is cleaned and are friendly as well. The general outlook of the property is great, but the rooms are a completely different story. The rooms aren't bad, but the bathrooms are not. We found the bathrooms to be dirty and in poor condition. That aspect could be much better. It seems, at some point, the property WAS a five star facility, but how long ago that was, who knows. These days, it would be a three stat property."
