"I was on a solo trip for rest and relaxation without my kids. My room must have been situated near where when the laundry room was because for the entire stay my bed shook, making it impossible to get any rest. As you might imagine, laundry is done all day long at a hotel. Thankfully it stopped at 9pm, but if I wanted to rest in the middle of the day, nope. The room was TINY and quite outdated, but thankfully my stay was out of season so I didn't pay much for it. BUT, most of the accommodations...

"The desk clerk Steve couldn't have been more accomodating He handled the situation with a noisy dog next door with diplomatic finesse.
