"I've been to Ptown many, many times but had never stayed at the Crowne Pointe before. However, my plans to depart changed suddenly and I needed a quick reservation for two nights midweek. The Crowne Pointe had a room available so I decided to take that. Upon my arrival, Richard was extremely helpful with the check in and also with helping me get a fair amount of stuff up to my room. Dale, who used to make breakfast to order at the Brass Key, is now doing the same for Crowne Point. His omelets and other breakfast options are delicious. Chris was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The entire experience felt like staying in a friend's home -- a friend with many options to delight his guests. My room was on a corner and had two windows plus one in the door and another in the bathroom. When the blinds were open, I had great views. When closed, the room was dark and I slept well. I've stayed at the Brass Key in the past. It's terrific but, to my surprise, I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Point every bit as much for significant discount vs. what I would have paid at the Brass Key. Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely love the property it is close to the heart of PTown and has amenities that are unbeatable in town. The rooms are spacious and the heated pool and jacuzzi is always a welcome after a long day exploring. We have returned many times as the staff is always available to help with whatever they can and Tyler does a great job managing a smooth operation from the fresh breakfast each morning to an easy checkout. A must stay if you are in town!"

"We had a nice stay. We do wish the pool bar and inside bar were open later. I asked for a cup of water at the pool bar after purchasing two drinks and the bartender said they charge for water. I feel as though there should be a self service water station at the bar and tap water should be included with the resort fee."

"Just what we wanted for a night in P-town ~ water views with an easy walk to/from town. Great outside seating. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast. Friendly staff!"

"Fantastic location right downtown - but unless you have a room right on the street pretty quiet. Charming, quiet little garden behind with sauna and wood hot tub - perfect for morning coffee. Smalll room but big comfy bed, fancy toiletries. Cleaning staff very accommodating if anything needed. An old but charming building. Would book again. "
