Beaches Turks & Caicos - ALL INCLUSIVE

"The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. Also they should have been more forthcoming with the fact that all of the “included” water sports could be unavailable due to the ocean conditions. We couldn’t snorkel, kayak, paddle board or anything our whole trip. I understand they cannot control the current but the other side of the island was perfectly calm. This may have influenced our choices of where to go. Otherwise the resort was beautiful and the food was very good."

"We had such an amazing experience at Windsong Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in the perfect area of Grace Bay, close to everything while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s truly paradise and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos. We stayed in the Lux Studio, which is a fantastic option if you’re travelling with friends. It’s comfortable, convenient, and perfect for those who plan to spend most of their time exploring the island and enjoying the beach. What truly makes Windsong special is the phenomenal staff! Everyone was so warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team especially went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. The resort also has a beautiful boutique feel, making the experience much more personal and relaxing than staying at a larger hotel. Between the stunning beachfront location, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional staff, Windsong exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience! Five stars!"

"As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and shuttle to the beach is a great add on— I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back"
