The staff were respectful and accommodating. Checked in at my room in the evening. Everything was clean and orderly no smells, quiet hallways. The next morning I went to shower there was hair on the tub floor and stains on my towel. It wasn’t to the point of unbearable nastiness but stuff I shouldn’t be looking at while checking into a hotel. Other than that my stay was calm and pleasant.

Check in staff was friendly and engaging, Morning staff seemed bored. Room was in great condition Bed was very comfortable Tv and wifi did not work correctly Too much noise overnight Doors if not held while closing created a loud crashing sound which woke me several times late at night from guests returning from a night on the town bathroom was nice but lacking some face and hand towels. Since the price was reasonable, and it was just a place to sleep, I guess it was "OK"

Everyone was very professional and courteous. No complaints there. Room for improvement: The was no hair dryer in the room and no soap for the shower. Went to call the front desk and the room phone was unplugged. Had to go down to desk to request. One day they did not make the bed but gave us fresh towels and cleaned the bathroom. Another day we got back at 4 pm and the room still was not cleaned. We just asked for fresh towels. The pool had some kind of white scrub on the surface. It used the skimmer net to clean it. Took 15 minutes. Still lots lot of white bubbles on the surface. Did not look safe so we decide not to go in. The pool was one reason why we picked this hotel. The safe in the room is on the top shelf of the closet turned sideways. Went to turn it forward so we could use it it and it almost fell off the shelf. Unsafe plus bad location. Tour buses were there for two of the three days we stayed there and the breakfast room ran out of food both those days. Plus the both coffee machines were broke one day. Took awhile they brought out a filled cooker didpersor. Guess they forgot that the buses were coming and we’re not prepared. Maybe they have a staff shortage causing these problems.

평소 홀리데이인을 신뢰하고 많이 이용했었는데, 이곳에서 홀리데이인에 실망했습니다. 체크인할때 와이파이 비번을 알려주었으나 실제 와이파이는 제공되지 않았습니다. 세탁실에서 빨래를 하였는데 건조기가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 추가로 지불하고 2번이나 다시 돌렸지만 전혀 옷이 마르지 않아 오히려 젖은 빨래를 들고 다음 여행지로 이동해야되서 너무 불편했습니다. 조식을 먹으러 갔으나 아무런 음식도 없었습니다. 직원이 추후 채워주긴 했으나 다른 홀리데이인에 비해 음식수도 적고 위생상태도 나빠보였습니다
