"Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. Also, they don’t display wet floor signs so be careful when it rains as the area around reception is very slippery. I fell and injured my knee pretty badly.

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence.
Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking.
Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...
