"Chambre très basique (ressemble à une chambre d'hôpital..), salle de bain avec horrible cabine de douche en plastique plutôt sale...chzmbre malgré tout bien équipé, chauffage, clim., sèche serviette.. Calme.. Dommage également que le petit déj ne soit servi qu'à partir de 7h30 et en aucun cas avant.. Rien pour compenser en plus! Rien de véritablement catastrophique mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé. "Le cadre est agréable et la vue vraiment magnifique. En revanche, l’état général du logement est très décevant : mobilier vétuste, agencement peu pratique et entretien insuffisant. Nous avons trouvé de nombreuses toiles d’araignées et, pour un service hôtelier, il est regrettable d’avoir dû faire le ménage nous-mêmes. Une fois le canapé-lit déplié, il devient difficile de circuler. À plus de 165 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant."

"Great location and helpful staff. Our room was good and spacious but the shower room was a let down with black mould all other the bottom of the shower tray. In the bar area a lot of seats/sofa were stained and dirty. Swimming pool was great. Bar food(sharing meat plate) and drinking were good and well priced. Overall a good and convenient place to stay before catching another flight or starting your holiday in Provence. Location at the airport is great and to be honest the staff is very friendly and nice. Shuttle to the airport is great. Definitely will stay again."

"Grundsätzlich ok und in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof St.Charles. Klassisches 3-Sterne-Hotel, das für die gebotenen Leistungen aber definitiv zu teuer ist. 2 Dinge fand ich befremdlich: Obwohl bei Anreise die Zimmer schon fertig und bezugsbereit waren, ließ man alle Neuankömmlinge bis exakt 14:00 in der Lobby warten, um dann mit dem Check-in bei den vielen Menschen überfordert zu sein. Beim Frühstück steht ein Securitymensch am Buffet und kontrolliert, dass nicht zu viel gegessen wird und auf keinen Fall etwas mitgenommen wird- und sei es nur ein Apfel. Hinterlässt einen merkwürdigen Eindruck...."

"The room and bed were comfortable (A/C worked very well)! The staff was also super helpful and willing to go out of the way to help. I would say the room was not as clean as we would’ve liked. The street also got a little noisy at night and we could hear people outside."

"The hotel's location is very convenient for the airport, which is why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Marseille, especially when I have an early airport shuttle or flight to catch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only downside is outside the hotel. As you approach from the street side, there is a strong smell of urine, which is a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, this is something I've noticed on every visit. However, once inside the hotel and at reception, everything is perfectly fine."
