"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

"Good stay for 1 night enough, room was clean. Instead of Twin, we got family room, oriented to garden and not street, which was nice and calm. Self check in wasn’t working, machine couldn’t find our booking, but helpful staff assisted with the issue."
