The hotel rooms were clean and we had a great view from our balcony overseeing the sea . "This hotel has seen better days. I am not sure how they still maintain the 5 star rating. The porperty lacks maintainance, badly. Falling tiles, peeling paint, mold in the pool area, dated interior and furniture. Undoubtably, prices are below the nearby, newer 5 start establisments`, but nevertheless, the place is disappointing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you cannot fault them."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice; we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special mention must go to Vera on reception. During our stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and comfortable. Her care and attention made a real difference, and it’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful stay. With just a little more focus on creating a poolside atmosphere, it would be absolutely perfect."
